The Client

Mike Russell Designs is RHS Gold award-winning design team based in Shropshire, UK. His designs range from large country homes to urban courtyard gardens. His designs specialise in wildlife gardening and connecting people with nature.

Concepts Conveyed has been collaborating with Mike Russell Designs for over three years, providing both 3D and 2D services.

The Challenge

The site features steep wooded terrain, with terracing retaining and access to different areasof the garden required. Furthermore, the project is within a protected area, any designinterventions required planning on-boar

The Solutions

We provided a set of render views and animations for initial client viewing ensuring views correctly displayed trees to be retained, proposed retaining and earth works, and finally existing view unobscured.

Following on from this tweaks were made after client and contractor review for costing. Local planning was provided with a render set, master plan, and sections

The Result

The project is scheduled to begin the build phase in September 2022 with both planning and clients fully onboard.
